Delete your account

Your account has been deleted. Thank you for trying QuietBookCut.

How to delete it

• In the Android app: Account → Delete account, then enter your password.
• On the website: log in, open Profile → Delete account, then enter your password.
• Can't log in? Email us from the address on the account through the contact page and we will delete it within 30 days.

Deleting happens straight away and can't be undone. If a pattern is still converting, wait for it to finish first.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, mobile number and password.
• Every pattern you uploaded or converted, its PDF and all its files.
• Your shapes, designs and books from the designer, and their previews.
• Your sign-in sessions, app notification tokens and verification codes.
• Unused credits — they can't be refunded once the account is gone.

What is kept

• Records of purchases (amount, GST and date), because Australian tax law requires them for 5 years. Nothing in them names you, or holds your email or phone number.
• Counts used to stop abuse, with nothing linking them to you: how many conversions and new accounts a network made (the network is stored only as a scrambled code), and for one day the record of emails and text messages sent to your address or number.
• Shapes the AI drew from your descriptions may stay in a shared library of shapes other people can reuse, and the AI's reading of pattern pages may stay in a cache. Neither is linked to you.
